Novatek decided against publishing financial report for Jan–Mar

MOSCOW, Apr 22 (PRIME) -- Russian independent gas producer Novatek has decided against publishing a financial report for January–March and holding a conference call with investors, the company said in a statement on Friday.

Gas giant Gazprom owns 9.99% in Novatek, while tycoon Gennady Timchenko’s Ena Invest and Volga Group have the stakes of 19.16% and 4.3%, respectively, and France’s TotalEnergies owns 19.4%. Another co-owner of Novatek is its CEO Leonid Mikhelson, but his exact stake has been undisclosed since 2012.
